2006 Annual RNLI Mumbles Lifeboat Dinner "Train One Save Money"
Euphoria Sailing Ltd. donated a days sailing experience for six on our Legend yacht Euphoria towards the RNLI Mumbles lifeboat fund raiser. The donation raised £410 of the overall £10,000 raised on the evening. We are pleased to accept the thanks of the crew for our donation and look forward to supporting the boat in the future. Attached is a photo of Euphoria preparing to take a practice tow from the previous lifeboat "Ethel Anne Measures" back in 2005. The practice excercise was valuable experience for both crews.

Many thanks to Swansea Model Yacht Club, Phoebe and I had a great time sailing and watching the clubs model yachts racing last Sunday. The guys were really friendly and the banter was fab. A great club to join or watch for some pleasant Sunday fresh air. The racing was competitive and great fun to watch. I was amazed at the sailing performance of these 1 metre models, the boat I sailed was trimmed to perfection with a stunning turn of speed. Euphoria Sailing would love to offer safety boat cover for the club to race at Oxwich Bay on the high seas on one of our racing days. SMYC - possibly the first model yacht club in existence, and maybe the only with such eminent Patronage. To learn more click the link ABOVE... The classes sailed are 'One Metre' (IOM) and RCLaser (Quarter scale Laser).
